Returns Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please provide the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. If it has been more than 30 days, you will need to contact our Customer Service to see if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Eligibility will be based on date of purchase and on the warranty of the product.

To receive a refund, the items returned must be complete and not used. If it has been used or not all items returned, then the refund will be declined.

Shipping

Shipping is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Some exclusions apply.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Actual delivery time is dependent on the shipping carrier and may vary by location.

UPS Ground shipping only. There is no express shipping available.
