Please have the following information ready to provide to our Customer Service department:

  • Model number (this is usually located on the bottom of the product).
  • How long you have had the item? You may use your purchase date for reference.
  • If the issue is because of a part, please take a photograph of the part so that it can be emailed to customer service for clarity.

    • Can I put juices or alcohol into my soda siphon?

    The soda siphon is only suitable for the preparation of water.

    Is my product compatible with other parts from different companies?

    In order to assure the proper functioning of your product, only use original Whip-It! parts. Never combine parts with other manufacturers' products. Do not attempt to make any modifications to the product yourself. Any attempts to repair the product yourself or any improper manipulation will terminate all guarantees and liabilities.

    My product still falls under warranty, how do I go about getting it repaired?

    What do I do if a piece is missing from my product?

    Check to see if the bottom of the product's box contains additional pieces.

    Why does my soda siphon not have any carbonation?

    Observe the following steps when preparing your water:

    • Make sure you fill the bottle with cold water.
    • To make your soda water is fizzy, screw the charger on and shake the siphon for a minute.

    NOTE: The soda siphon is suitable for the preparation of water.

    Why is my soda siphon releasing water after I screw on the charger?

    Do not fill the bottle without first inserting the measuring tube. Make sure that the measuring tube is secured properly on the neck of the bottle. You will notice that the the bottle is full when water spills out of the measuring tube. Do not add more water by tilting or shaking the bottle.
