Can I check the order status or track shipping on my product(s)?

Yes, you can go to the Account page and choose "Review order(s) / track package(s)." Here you will search through your Order History and choose the order in which you would like to track the shipping on.

Another way you can check the order status of your product(s) is by copying and pasting your tracking number(s) into the website of the carrier who is delivering your products. If you paste the tracking number(s) into Google, the correct tracking website will be provided. Your carrier should then be able to give you the approximate time of your order's delivery.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order(s)?

Go to the Account page and choose "Change quantities / cancel order(s)" to view your Order History, in which you will choose the order you would like to edit.

NOTE: Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited.

What should I do if my order(s) never arrived? 

First check the status of your order(s) by going to the Account page and click on "Review order(s) / track package(s)." Here you will search through your Order History and choose the order in which you would like to track the shipping on.

You can also check with the carrier who is delivering your product(s) to inquire about the status of your package.

If you still cannot locate your product(s), please visit our Customer Support page and call or email our Customer Service department.

When will my back-order arrive?

Back-ordered items are items that are not currently in stock.  As soon as these items are re-stocked by our suppliers, we will be able to ship them to you.
