Where is my prepaid shipping label to return my item for repairs?

You will receive an email from the carrier who is delivering your product(s) within 2-3 business days.

If you do not see the email in your inbox within that time frame, please check your spam/junk box. The prepaid shipping label will be included as an attachment in the email.

If you still do not see the email after 2-3 business days, please visit our Customer Support page and call or email our Customer Service department and we will have the carrier who is delivering your product(s) resend the email.
