Principle Duties Include:

  • Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable including year-end 1099 processing
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly credit card accounts
  • Preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll using ADP and EZLabor
  • Audit and calculate monthly commissions and bonuses
  • Perform HR related duties including employment inquiries
  • Record payroll journal entries including PTO accruals
  • Assist with inventory receiving and accurate record maintenance


  • Minimum 2+ years of strong payroll, A/R and A/P experience
  • Solid knowledge of payroll processing using ADP and EZLabor
  • Familiar CA labor laws and general HR process
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Team attitude with high integrity
  • QuickBooks and inventory experience are a plus
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred


Principle Duties Include:

  • Develop, identify and close new and expanded inbound sales
  • Engage directly with customers to ensure superior service
  • Responsible for building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding lead generation quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships
  • Able to travel
  • Service and maintain existing accounts
  • Stimulate market growth throughout prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the retail market to include - convenience stores, "Mom and Pop" retailers, Independent Accounts, Wholesalers, and Distributors
  • Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers within a geographically defined territory
  • Ensure optimal visibility of company products
  • Consultative account management of new and existing client base
  • Earn uncapped commissions + base
  • All business & travel expenses paid, including meals


  • A hunter mentality and a strong understanding of the tactics necessary to work solely through wholesale distribution channels to effectively represent our products and build market share

Principle Duties Include:

  • Assist our Creative Director with design ideas and implementation
  • Create concepts, graphics and layouts for ads, packaging, websites and other marketing projects
  • Assist in website updates and maintenance
  • Manage designs from concept through production
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Deliver high quality assets by deadline, with tight turnarounds


  • Superior skills with design and photo-editing software
  • Solid aesthetic as well as functional design aptitude in a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver creative, innovative and meaningful work within cost and deadline constraints
  • Professional attitude and ability to respond constructively to creative feedback
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and a deep understanding of consumer behavior
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail
  • Degree and work experience in Graphic Design or related
  • Design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • HTML and video experience are a plus
  • Production experience in print and packaging design
  • Organized and able to tackle multiple projects at once
  • Participate in projects from concept to production, making rounds of corrections, creating comps as needed, making changes as necessary
  • Prepare final files for print production
  • Capable of working fast and under very tight deadlines while still maintaining a high degree of accuracy
